Vilken information samlar vi in?

Köpinformation: när du köper full tillgång till en kategori i appen hanteras betalningen av App Store (Apple) eller Google Play (Google), beroende på vilken enhet du använder. Vi lagrar aldrig ditt kort- eller betalningsuppgifter själva — det hanteras direkt av Apple respektive Google enligt deras säkerhetsstandarder. Vi tar endast emot en bekräftelse på att köpet genomförts.

För att spara och visa dina övningsresultat och framsteg.
För att bekräfta och hantera ditt köp av full tillgång till appens kategorier.
För att skicka nödvändiga e-postmeddelanden (t.ex. bekräftelse av e-postadress, återställning av lösenord).
Vilka tredjepartstjänster använder vi?
Supabase — lagring av databas och autentisering (inloggning).
Apple App Store — säker hantering av köp för iOS-användare.
Google Play — säker hantering av köp för Android-användare.
Resend — utskick av transaktionsmejl (bekräftelser, lösenordsåterställning).
Vi säljer aldrig din information till tredje part.
Hur länge sparar vi din information?
Ditt konto och all tillhörande information (övningsresultat, framsteg m.m.) raderas automatiskt och permanent 6 månader efter att ditt konto aktiverats, om inte annat anges. Du kan även när som helst kontakta oss för att begära att ditt konto och din information raderas tidigare.

This privacy policy explains how the Högsbo Teorifrågor app ("the app"), developed by Högsbo Trafikskola ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Account information: email address and password (your password is stored encrypted and is never readable by us).
Practice results: your answers, scores, and progress on practice questions and exams, linked to your account.
Purchase information: when you purchase full access to a category in the app, payment is processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), depending on your device. We never store your card or payment details ourselves — this is handled directly by Apple or Google according to their own security standards. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase was completed.
How do we use your information?
To create and manage your account.
To save and display your practice results and progress.
To confirm and process your purchase of full access to the app's categories.
To send necessary emails (e.g., email confirmation, password reset).
Which third-party services do we use?

چه اطلاعاتی جمعآوری میکنیم؟

اطلاعات خرید: وقتی دسترسی کامل به یکی از بخشهای اپلیکیشن را خریداری میکنید، پرداخت بسته به دستگاه شما توسط App Store (اپل) یا Google Play (گوگل) پردازش میشود. ما هرگز اطلاعات کارت یا پرداخت شما را خودمان ذخیره نمیکنیم — این کار مستقیماً توسط اپل یا گوگل و طبق استانداردهای امنیتی خودشان انجام میشود. ما فقط یک تاییدیه از انجامشدن خرید دریافت میکنیم.

حساب کاربری شما و تمام اطلاعات مرتبط با آن (نتایج تمرین، پیشرفت و غیره) بهصورت خودکار و دائمی، ۶ ماه پس از فعالشدن حساب کاربریتان حذف میشود، مگر اینکه بهگونهی دیگری اعلام شده باشد. همچنین میتوانید در هر زمان با ما تماس بگیرید تا درخواست حذف زودتر حساب و اطلاعاتتان را بدهید.
حقوق شما
شما این حق را دارید که:
یک نسخه از اطلاعاتی که از شما داریم درخواست کنید.
درخواست اصلاح اطلاعات نادرست را بدهید.
درخواست حذف دائمی حساب کاربری و اطلاعات خود را بدهید.
کودکان
این اپلیکیشن برای افرادی است که برای آزمون تئوری رانندگی تمرین میکنند و بهطور خاص برای کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال طراحی نشده است.
